Weybrook Park Golf Club has its origins in the Basingstoke and District Hospitals Golf Club which played on the original nine hole course at Park Prewett. A number of members from the old Club still play in the new one and the history of both old and new Clubs is published in a book compiled by Bill Ruthven, an Honorary Life Member of Weybrook Park.
Weybrook Park Golf Club Limited came into being when BDHGC was dissolved in 1993. Its first Captain was Reg Hutchinson. Since moving to its new premises in 1997, the Club has gone from strength to strength and now boasts very active Mens, Ladies, Seniors and Juniors sections which have a wide range of matches, medals and events for handicap players at all levels.
The Club is happy to welcome Green Fee and Society play (subject to restrictions).
Purpose built in 1997, the Clubhouse at Weybrook Park Golf Club is an impressive building providing all the necessary facilities while, at the same time, having a very friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
